If you are looking for more information, look no further! Here is everything you need to know in order to purchase something from my shop.

I accept payment through Paypal. If you would like to pay through Google Checkout or Square instead, contact me via e-mail and I will send you an invoice. 

You are welcome to contact me and request that an item be reserved. I will mark it as such for 1 week. If it sells to someone else during that time, I will list a duplicate item if possible.

I will always ship items within 5 business days, usually sooner. You will receive confirmation by e-mail with tracking information and an expected arrival date.

Shipping cost includes shipping and handling, and are usually equal or less than the price the post office charges. I will issue a refund if the shipping price listed is greater than $.50 the actual shipping charges. 

Prints will be shipped using rigid mailers unless otherwise noted. These ensure your purchase will arrive damage-free. I use First Class Mail with delivery confirmation for all prints except 4x6 and single ACEO's. Original art ships via Priority mail in the US with insurance. 

Jewelry is secured in a small box and sent in a bubble mailer. Domestic packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. International packages will be sent via First Class International Mail. 

I take great care in packaging items so they arrive in perfect condition, but I understand that damage and loss can occur. In these situations, communication is vital!

I will be happy to replace or refund any damaged package. Just send me an e-mail with an attached picture and description of the damage. Art prints will be replaced when available, otherwise items will be fully refunded. If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, I will give you a refund including return shipping costs once the item is received.

Packages are rarely lost, but can be delayed and if you have trouble locating a delivered package I will do everything I can do help you find it. Usually it will be waiting for you at the Post Office. If Delivery Confirmation states that the package is waiting at the Post Office I will contact you to let you know. However, if you are unable to pick up the package in the 15 days before it is returned to me, I will happily send the package to you at a more convenient time once additional payment for postage is received. This amount will be the same listed in the original listing.

International Customers are responsible for paying the full customs required in their country of residence.
